As the film course moved under the Hamburg Media School’s roof the Hamburg Film Foundation society (Förderverein Hamburger Filmwerkstatt e.V.) was adjourned. Its former members then assembled in the Film Program’s Advisory Board to be able to further support the film course in future.

The Advisory Board’s main tasks are securing the excellence of teaching and coordination of members’ volunteer work.
All members of the board are voluntary consultants and supporters of Film students and lecturers. The composition of the board reflects how film business personalities establish the necessary know-how to assure the continued success of the film course:
