The Advisory Board for Journalism was founded to ensure the quality and aptness of the Master of Arts in Journalism.

The Advisory Board will preside over the development of the Master of Arts in Journalism at the Hamburg Media School over the coming years and ensure the integration of academic considerations and quality standards in contemporary journalism into the course. Members of the Advisory Board also act as counsellors for students.
The composition of the Advisory Board reflects the full spectrum of critical journalism in Germany: From local journalism, over quality talk shows, to representatives of established magazines, weekly and daily newspapers.
